This is my second time staying at this location. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. This location has 2 pools. 1 inside and 1 out and both were clean and well maintained. I did not get a chance to east breakfast but my husband says he enjoyed it! Great location and if you're planning to go to Dolly Parton Stampede (which I highly recommend) it's right across the street.

Nice location if you have a car and the price is not bad. The breakfast was pretty low quality and stayed the same every day. By the end of our stay we quit going to breakfast and ate out in town. The indoor swimming pool is small and not heated, showed signs of being cloudy/dirty and hot tub was full of foam. The rooms were not cleaned well and while not poorly decorated, it felt more like a motel than a hotel.

There was a roach I saw once in the bathroom which wasn’t too nice but out of my 5 days I saw it once and never again the room was clean and good enough. Parking can be a pain all the spots get filled up very quickly. Most staff was nice and helpful the cleaning lady’s and lady’s that cook are all very nice. There was on lady at the front desk that was super rude and unfriendly blatantly but that seems to be the oddity not the norm.
