The outside of the unit was nasty and you could tell that the unit had not been entered in a while. There was cobwebs on the door and all on the keypad and camera. When we got into the unit the unit inside was clean but steal and dusty. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The patio was dirty and debris all over. The outside chairs were dirty and all torn. Very disappointed because we wanted to sit out and enjoy the fireworks. In the 2nd bedroom there was something spilled all over the window seal. We did reach out and they had some one come clean the window seal only. Just very disappointed with the cleanliness this unit did not have and urgency to have the patio cleaned. We know there had been a storm about a month before but if you k know that you have guests checking in, wouldn’t you check the unit before check in? I’m just wondering.
