"This used to be a great place to stay. Now rude Jamaican folks own it. They roll their eyes are very rude. The one cursing may had tattoos all over her head and face and was rude aswell. The place is falling apart. The balcony next to us has some gangsters from Memphis and Mississippi. They left blunt roaches and rolling papers everywhere, they fed the bears slim jims, the trash and cigarettes over the balcony onto the ground and in the river. Tv didn't even work. Gave us shredded towels. ...

"Front desk night time attendant helpful. Room not clean at all (and looks like it was never cleaned). Stains on bathroom floor, walls, bed sheets, and curtains. Floors not clean, smelled badly of cigarette smoke (even though it was a “non smoking” room). Would not stay here again"

"I am not sure the sheets had been changed. There was mascara on two of the pillow cases. The toilet had toilet paper in it that had not been flushed. I always bring sheets with me or I would have left the hotel. Would not recommend."

"This hotel was great. Remodeled and very clean. Next to the trolley route. No pet fees. Aldeen at the desk is wonderful as is the night man although I didn't get his name. The only problem that I see is with the guests that don't appreciate that they have a nice clean room and are allowed their pets with no fee but refuse to clean up after their dogs. This is not the hotel's fault at all. They do their best to keep the dedicated area mowed and clean. They provide a garbage can and bags. ...
