"An extremely well equipped large room for a family of four including two teenager's not little ones! Lots of space, everything you could possibly want for an overnight stay enroute. A lovely meal in hotel next door at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and very understanding of my dodgy school french! Only downside was a very feeble fridge which really didn't get cold but hardly a bother in the grand scheme of things. Will definitely use the hitel xhain again."

"We have stayed here previously but arrived late into the evening and were off early the next day. We arrived much earlier this year to enable us to explore a bit more, and were pleasantly surprised with what we found in terms if amenities, although the pool was busy and we were a bit late to take advantage of it. Again we ate at the restaurant which was lovely and staff were attentive to our dietary requirements. Some improvements made to the room we stay in and it was comfortable and what we needed. Only small gripe is we could not get into to Breakfast Room to access the mini bar as it was locked..."

"Due to our vehicle breaking down we needed a place to stay while the vehicle was fixed. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more helpful, helping us source a garage, making us feel comfortable and welcome the whole time. We found that local buses are free, so we still had opportunities to explore the area, though we loved the walking too. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
