That said, it’s right in the heart of old town so you can hear a lot of happy people having a good time until quite late. Stay here anyway and bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. "
"The room was lovely, with a nice private terrace. Guesthouse Fortyfour is in the middle of the walled city, so it was a busy area with loud music from a nearby bar at night. The windows are well sound-proofed, which helps!

"Excellent location right inside the old city. Easy walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, bars and more.
Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets.
Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing.
Minor point: safe wasn't functioning in my room due to previous guests leaving it locked.

"The apartment was lovely and in a great spot in Dubrovnik old town. Getting in was easy with a door code supplied and the apartment key left in the lobby.
The bed was big and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. There was plenty of space to store clothes and other items. In the bathroom the shower worked well and the water was hot, although the shower drain did smell a bit at times. Overall, a great place to stay, thank you. "

You can walk to old town Dubrovnik in about 15 minutes (there are a lot of stairs) Wasnt a problem for my family of 4. 2 kids age 11 and 13. We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great"
