"Church of Our Lady of Peñafrancia and shops nearby."

"Excellent property for the price , clean with good ac and YouTube tv , hot clean showers also , highly recommend this property"

"The property is located near the top of Mount Isarog"

"There’s no proper door lock for safety, the property needs renovation. Every time we open the door created noise, you can hear every conversation at the hall way and from other room. A little expensive stay base on the condition of the property."
