"The Courtyard by Marriott is located in a non-central location, which is easily accessed by walking for many eating establishments. We wanted to experience more of the local cuisine, so we did quite a bit of walking but it was worth it. Many restaurants were next door or right across the street, so we didn't lack for "local" (Italian, Canadian, etc. but with differing versions of haggis) cuisine. Our room was cleaned daily and, any time you approached staff members, they were always ready and willing to help us. I can't say enough good about the staff. The breakfast in the hotel was quite expensive, so we ate elsewhere. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very efficient; we kept waking up in a sweat, even after the receptionist reset it and the gentleman came by and reset it again. It was way too hot for us and no way to really open the window more than a crack."
