"I have never had such good sleep outside my home. We had an excellent experience here. The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Sheffield and highly recommend it to others. We had a top tier stay and were honestly blown away, everything exceeded our expectations."

"Very old and dirty hotel. Furniture broken and old. Have to wait 30 min for the water to warm up before you can take a shower. Breakfast very bad cooked. Heating not working in my room and when asked for heater I didn’t get one.Windows don’t close stayed in 2 rooms you can open them from outside not safe to leave the personal belongings in the room."
