They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful. "It was a great experience The hotel is very near 10 minutes walk to sun plaza station for fansipan Host Kenny was very nice he woke up at 6.30 for breakfast for us. He is very responsive and if you are planning to go to fansipan i would recommend to get the desk from hotel it’s cheaper than buying tickets at the spot. Climate was very nice"

The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! "Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated."
