"The accommodations were satisfactory. The buffet was a positive aspect, but replenishment should be expedited when items are depleted, especially given the high volume of guests. I also had to request cream cheese, which ideally should be readily available, particularly since bagels are offered. Our room had an unpleasant odor. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken. Upon our second notification, they responded and attributed the smell to the air conditioning not being in operation. Given the local climate, it is unreasonable to expect guests to continuously run the air conditioning solely to mask an odor; this is not consistent with my experiences at other establishments. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. The hotel's proximity to the airport is convenient, and the shuttle service to the beach and Old San Juan shopping district was excellent. The surrounding area offers numerous amenities, and Uber services are prompt and affordable. A Walmart is located just three minutes away. Overall, this location is highly recommended, and I would consider staying here again."

"I had a great stay at Aloft San Juan. The direct access to District T-Mobile was incredible and made the whole experience really fun and convenient. Being able to walk straight into Coca Cola Music Hall, the restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife without needing transportation was a huge plus. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Escambrón Beach and Old San Juan, which made exploring the area very easy. Parking was $18 per day, which felt reasonable for the location. The food at the hotel was very good and fairly priced, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was comfortable and extremely clean, which made the stay even better. I will absolutely stay here again."

"Kegan at the front desk was AMAZING - helpful, understanding and patient. We had 3 rooms in our party, 2 had mold (one was A LOT of mold) and 1 had bugs. Using chat GPT we asked what the marks on our ceiling were and it said related to bugs - upon closer inspection, we found all the little bugs crawling all over. We were given a refund, which was very gracious and we truly appreciate, but had to find a VERY expensive second option as the hotels in the area were mostly booked due to an issue at the airport. Would recommend searching elsewhere for a pre-cruise stay."

"This is the perfect place to stay in Old San Juan. It is in the middle of everything, and is beautiful and comfortable in every way. We especially loved having coffee each morning outside on the terrace over-looking the park. "

"It is in a good location, however the lack of windows make the experience weird. The staff is not too frinedly. They offer some discounts for the restaurants that are not applied. The pool is more a “jacuzzi”. I found a room for $535 dollars a little but too expensive. "
