"Stayed here recently, but unfortunately had issues with noise at night. Around 2–3 AM, it sounded like neighbors were working on or messing with a car, which made it very difficult to sleep. It didn’t seem like quiet hours were being enforced effectively. If you’re a light sleeper or traveling for rest, this could be a concern. Hoping management can address this for future guests."

"I stayed there for one night and won't be staying there again. The room overall had a really strong cleaning/ air freshener smell to it that was making me sick to my stomach and it was dirty. There was little black hairs all in the shower still, the shower head was all calcified with no pressure. The floors in the bathroom had black smudges and the sink in the bathroom had stuff on the faucet. I got back from work exhausted Friday night and woke up Saturday to take a shower before work and the water was extremely cold and wouldn't turn hot- regardless of the direction you turned it. I called the front desk to let them know because it is very frustrating and she mentioned we are over booked or I'd have you shower somewhere else. I said I needed to leave to work in 30 mins so at this point I'm just bummed. Ten mins later a maintenance person called to come up and look at it and I said no I need to leave to work you can come up when I leave. He also asked if I tried moving the knob I said of course pretty annoyed and the sink also wouldn't go hot in the bathroom to wash my face. The water also had a very strong sulfur smell. All and all the only good thing about this room was the bed and pillows."

"Check in was subpar. No hotel information was offered. The vent in our bathroom was really dirty. The walls were very thin. The man in the adjacent room woke us at 4:30a because he was fighting via speaker phone with his girlfriend. I tried calling the front desk to have them address the situation. It took 15 minutes for them to answer the phone. "

"This is one of my favorite places to stay. Very clean, quite and close to walking distance of a great place called Spoons. Close to Irvine were we had to be for our conference the next day."

"Great place located close to shopping and food! Also right next to 5 freeway. Comfortable stay in a newly renovated motel. "

"The property looked somewhat cleaned and maintained. It was unsettling to see a few people hanging outside the property that were high and smoking. One guy was walking around the vehicles and had his hand in his pants a few times. That felt unsafe. The lobby had a weird smell of mildew and there was only one person checking in guests. I went to check in but my room was not ready. That was disappointing considering check in time is at 3pm and they had a full cleaning staff from what I witness. The lady at the front desk told me it would be another 40 minutes to wait for my room. I came back in 20 minutes instead and somehow it was ready. The lady at the front desk also had a moody demeanor which is disappointing considering it’s supposed to be a place for friendly hospitality. The room itself was okay, it looked clean but well used. Some stains on the bed frame and paint chipping off the walls. Overall, my experience with the hotel could have been better but I basically got what I paid for. The previous reviews from others is what fooled me. "
