"Breakfast was excellent. Great variety buffet style so you can serve yourself. The staff were friendly. The only disappointment was the initial room we were given had no air-conditioning and it was 28°C outside and 35 Celsius in the room! Fortunately, we were moved to a different room after reporting the broken AC. Hotel should not be renting rooms in this temperature without air conditioner."

I have requested additional electric heater, but it was not available. It was a rough night and for a 4 star hotel it is unacceptable to have such conditions."
