"iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. I asked the girl the desk if we could have a room on the first floor she said no, the place was empty i could not understand why. the cushion's on the couch was dirty.I would like a refund the place is that bad"

"My mom, my kids, and I stayed here for four night last week (7/18-7/22) and we would 100% stay again. The hotel is in a central location, with a small walk and easy access to the beach. The staff was great, welcoming, and very informative about how to navigate the island and not get ran over. Our room was a deluxe suite, it was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and well maintained! The only thing negative is the air conditioning units need to be updated, I did have to buy myself a box...
