Sure the amenities were basic, but for the price point i was not expecting anything more than coffee in the morning. Thats exactly what they had, and it was brewed not some instant coffee machine garbage. They were literally half the price of other hotels in the area. Friendly staff. Easy check in. "

"Simple hotel/motel not far from the VT Campus. It's a bit dated but at least it's clean. The manager was friendly and accommodating to my request for non-smoking room. It's definitely a no frills place but the rooms have nice size refrigerators and microwave ovens."
