"Basic but convenient."

"Very close to Rte 42. Nice staff. Lots of messes and spills in the elevators and parking lot but they cleaned them quickly. Rooms need some updating but everything was clean in the room."

"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."

"No frills, but conveniently located, easy to get to Phili (but $6 toll, only on the way to the city). Grocery store nearby. Best of all, we had housekeeping done every day without asking - which after the pandemic became rare in the US."

"When I arrived there were multiple guests complaining about their rooms being dirty and when I got my room on the 6th floor, I understood what they meant. The hallway was dirty and filled with trash mattresses and other room items that looked to be broken just left in the hallway waiting for an accident to happen. My first room was dirty with no tv remote and fridge so I requested a room change. The second room was decent enough to accommodate until I went to bed and woke up with multiple bug...

"While the hotel could use an update, it did appear well maintained with clean rooms and common areas. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t horrible but it did get warm in the room overnight even though my husband turned down the temperature. The staff was wonderful - from the front desk to the breakfast workers, everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast - filling and fine."

"Very clean and close to everything dispute being in NJ I could get to Philly fine and the Roots festival fine. Stuff I need was close like Walmart and target and a movie theater was cool. Very cool and calm vibe for afterwards and a steakhouse right next door. A hidden Gem!"

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"My first time in this Hilton location in Philadelphia, I will never stay at this hotel again. Initially walking in I didn’t have a pleasant experience with the staff member at the front desk and housekeeping never stopped by to clean the room."
