"When I checked into my room the door lock didn’t work. They made me sit in the room with the door propped open waiting to be fixed. I called and asked to just be moved to a different room. Then as I got into bed my toe touched what looked like a half eaten rock eaten rock hard cookie. I was too tired to care. I came back the next night around 9:30pm to find my key didn’t work again. Turns out they thought I wasn’t coming back and they cleared all of my belongings out. I was booked for 3 nights!"

"Not working A/C, didn’t offer at least an electric fan. No phone to use, broken door knob, balcony has burnt corner. Front desk wasn’t helpful."

"The hotel is just dirty all our tawel were stained with brown stuff on it. The AC does not work, so it is horrible to sleep in, and the restaurant is not better the food is mediocre and we got a free breakfast because of all our issues but free breackfast can only be chose from 3 things that does not look apetizing. In all this stay was horible we have been lied to by expedia because the picture does not look at all like the hotel, we have been over charge by the hotel as they did not recognize...

"We only stayed one night so hard to gauge, parking was great, room seemed very clean, no pool, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Only one concern is that the bathroom door didn't close properly."
