"The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. ..."

"Room was clean and the bed is nice. The TV is pretty small and we could have used some heavier covers for the bed. It’s nice that we have an individual air conditioner for the room. (Hubby likes it COLD.) The breakfast was just OK, but the coffee was good. The service at the front desk was fine. ..."
