"My room was in excellent condition. They are working on remodeling this hotel but I must have gotten one of the newly finished rooms. We did not have time to use any of the extras that came with the room except breakfast and it was a good selection and the area was very clean."

"Check-in was REDUNCULACLY slow. However the staff was very accommodating. It was conveniently located near Kalahari pool park. The prices here were much more reasonable than those charged by the pool park. Also, being attached to a casino, may have been the reason I didn't notice a lot of kids running around. "The room was what you would expect for a discount motel chain. No issues there. The problem we had was the pipes in the bathroom burst overnight, so we awoke to a completely flooded bathroom and bathroom area. The front desk's way of helping us was giving us a key to use another room's bathroom, but at that point, we just wanted to get out of there, wet luggage and all. We are still waiting days later to hear back from the manager about the incident."

"Staff very nice, but they tend to hide. Overall a decent hotel, basic breakfast and clean. Perfect for my needs. Did not have time for the pool or fitness center. The one thing that disappointed me, and this is probably on me for not checking further, was that I requested a room with a fireplace. I got one, presuming it would be a gas burner with a switch. Nope. A real wood burning fireplace. I did not go looking for wood. "
