"Great affordable hotel with superb staff..many thanks to Shurley who allowed me to speak bahasa I. Donesia as a learner, very patient with me..top service from her, thanks Shurley at reception. This hotel is basic but is super nice and the staff are fabulous."

"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected.
We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck.
The restaurant...

"standard hotel, we have problem with the hot water...the water is very very hot and the maintenance couldn't fix the problem so they gave us another adjacent room just to take shower and go back to our room after finishing shower...very uncomfortable..we stay at executive suite room"
