"Well, it's cheap for Mill Valley. We had a room in the "back" away from the road. There was a loud high pitched sound, like a dentist drill in the room. Thank goodness I had earplugs! That was the worst thing. I thought it was the fridge. No such luck. There was no ice machine we could find. Basic bathroom, run down. I could go on....The beds were ok for one night. It was hard to believe anyone could rate this as good except for the price."

"Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. I did not feel like having my kids...

"Great large room with a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good."

"Even though I’m a regular, I have to share. One of the cheaper hotels in the area, but of course you get what you pay for. On several occasions she has flipped the sign around and come in against my...

"Accommodating & courteous staff. A local gem. Nothing fancy- but good enough for basic needs! No bed bugs & no complaints :)"

"The room we stayed in was very quiet and peaceful except for the ants all over the tub /bath room The room was apparently old and run down. I also noticed a few ants aon the out skirts of bathroom . I verbally reported the next morning because we had a late check in. Also noted was a cigarette burn hole on one of the bed comforters. It was supposed to be discarded and newly replaced per their protocol and the room to be cleaned. We came back to the same situation but our beds had been made."
