Bello e comodo

Sono stato con mia moglie in questo albergo per un weekend di inizio aprile LA struttura è molto carina e si trova in posizione perfetta davanti alle piste, non è necessario muovere l'auto. La stanza era ristrutturata bene ed il bagno molto grande con vasca ed addirittura doccia Teuco con sauna e massaggio anche se non sono riuscito a farla funzionare, credo fosse staccata. Colazione eccezionale, tutte materie prime di alta qualità! Anche ristorante molto buono. Personale molto cordiale. Unica pecca, non ho dormito bene perchè il riscaldamento era alto a palla e non si poteva regolare.

Camera e bagno spaziosi con tanto di doccia idromassaggio ma qui terminano i lati positivi. L’hotel è vecchiotto con tanto di moquette in camera ben poco igienica. La struttura si trova lungo la strada principale quindi poco silenziose le stanze. Poca cura nei dettagli: abbiamo dormito 3 notti e lo shampoo non ci è stato dato se non solo la prima notte. La colazione non aveva sempre cibi freschi ( es burro scongelato e ricongelato, pane non di giornata). Cena non un gran che e poca cura nella pulizia delle stoviglie. Personale poco affabile seppur formalmente gentile. Non ho trovato adeguato il rapporto qualità/ prezzo

hotel dall'atmosfera famigliare ed allo stesso tempo elegante. il plus dell'albergo è sicuramente rappresentato dal personale del bar e del ristorante...tutti gentilissimi, molto professionali e disponibili...noi siamo stati coccolati e ci siamo sentiti come a casa..da tornarci assolutamente!

Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

L'albergo si trova a 2 km da Madonna di Campiglio e si affaccia su una delle piste da sci che scendono a Campo Carlo Magno. Il personale è disponibilissimo e la camera era molto bella e grande quanto un appartamento. C'era anche la stanza-armadio. Bagno con vasca e doccia-idromassaggio e funzione sauna. Persino la macchina dorme al coperto!

Excellent Hotel

We came to the hotel and checked in, found out that our room is in lower floor(same room as we ordered), And the hotel has BEAUTIFUL view, so my asked for an upper level floor, and they agrred to upgrade us for FREE! Everything was great, the staff the total stay. RECOMMENDED!!!

Very good hotel. Would be better with a more softly lit dining room. The bright lights and no candles etc made dinner feel like a canteen experience, even though the quality of the food was excellent.

Best hotel room we've had since we moved to Europe. The space was huge, the view from the patio was beautiful, the huge walk-in closet was highly useful, the modernized bathroom was very comfortable, the cleaning service was always punctual, the staff members was very friendly, the restaurant was outstanding, the location was ideal for us, and the price was highly reasonable. The mattress was pretty hard though; but aside from that, we would gladly return to this hotel in the future during any time of year.

Loved this hotel

Staff was extremely helpful when my husband got sick. Even led us to a clinic. Very pleasant alpine decor and good food in the restaurant. Highly recommend driving up Val Genova south of Madonna.

Grazioso albergo a due passi dalle piste

La camera dell'albergo era carina e pulita. Hanno accolto senza problemi i nostri 2 cani, cosa che molti alberghi non fanno, per di più gratuitamente, senza dover pagare un extra. Colazione ricca e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Very recommend

We arrived to the hotel for a little get away from the cities. The room was big, romantic and amazing. We had a view to the snowy mountains, we had a laxurious shower with wet sauna and side jets. You must have a dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and the service even better!
