"I don’t usually leave review but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experience. The check in instruction is horrible. It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. "Pros: We like the room layout with a separate sitting area that has a day bed. It was a comfortable room, very comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: bathroom door squeaked loudly- so we left it wide open to avoid waking everyone when using the bathroom at night. The shower floor was quite slippery, we were scared of slipping/falling...we had to be very cautious getting in and out of the shower. Shower edges did not look very clean otherwise everything else was clean.

"On the day of check-in they could not find my reservation and the person took my ID to her manager without providing me details. I was waiting for 15 mins without any information. After coming back, she explained that they were not able to find my reservation. It was annoying.
