"Excellent location - steps away from the Tartini square and waterfront. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and modern rooms. Helpful staff with easy communication via Watsapp. Nice kitchen if one wants to chill wine or make food, and even a cute terrace if one needs to chill out. I absolutely loved it."

"Very large clean room. Loved getting clean beach towels every day. The beach and swimming pool were very nice. Plenty of seating. Breakfast was particularly good with lots of choice."

"Second visit, two years after our first. A little run down, breakfast is ok, not deserving of the “top rated” note, It was not even a question when I started my review which is strange. Staff is much less smiling then before or even other places is Slovenia. (just did Ljubljiana and Bled before this) In fact I would go as far as saying that the bar/dining room staff has not smiled once in the two days. Maybe August was tough on them The location is amazing though, the beach is rocky, but water was at 28c!!! The two restaurants 100 m away were good and staff was friendly. The path to Piran is also a nice way to get into town"

"An excellent place to stay, the property is a true mediterranean villa. It would be great to see some natural textures, wooden colors in the rooms. The room where we stayed was all white. I get this is trendy nowodays, but a more natural looking room with earthy tones would fit perfectly with this villa! Otherwise great stay, beach is about 15 minutes walking distance, but this is also reflected in the price. Recommended."

"Location and site is perfect but service is bad there is no access by car to the hotel reception nor a shuttle or laggage pick up from the parking you have to carry your laggage from the parking back and forth on open door area around 200 meter to go to the front desk and stuff are not really helpful no coffee and water complementary offered in the room"
