"Be careful where you park. Directions are not in English. I parked in a lot, received an 80 euros fine and still had to pay for the time spent in the lot. Had I known ot was restrictive parking there, I would not have parked there. Hauling luggage from the parking area is a chore"

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. "We had a really great stay in Forgotten Garden Apartments. We liked the proximity of the sea shore, however quite a steep street led there. "It's a bit hard to find from the outside, but the host responded quickly to come help check-in. The inside is very clean and well-furnished. It is very comfortable with a furnished kitchen, etc. It is located near the main sights. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Piran!"

Piran is a lovely beach resort, very Venetian - lots of back streets to explore. There are some very good restaurants to enjoy.

Check out Cafe Geleria for live music on the weekend and Cafinho along the promenade for cheap beers and a great view
