"This room was exceptional! Very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the double sinks and shower. They cleaned and made sure our towels were stocked. Very close to the pool and beach. I loved the chairs outside the room. Loved sitting there and watching the waves after dinner."

"The kitchen need upgrade, there weren’t no utensils/ noticeable molds on bathroom ceiling and sink was not working properly, broken faucet and sink drain! Can also need cabinets replacing, also there’s no vent..!"

"Clean and comfortable condo , directly on the beach with a couple beach chairs in closet for our use . Pool was very nice and some took advantage of late night swims . Plenty of soaps , towels , and even coffee . Only disadvantage was no extra pillows , sheets or blanket for sofa bed , so might want to plan ahead with management . Would stay again."

"The only thing that was good was the view and closeness of the beach. The room was nasty there was rotting food under the bed. Stains on everything bed etc. , dust build up everywhere, and curtains were stained and falling apart. Cigarettes on the patio. We paid $40 a night to upgrade on top of our regular payment. I have pictures of everything. I told management and they said "sorry about under the bed" it was absolutely nasty! Parking was ridiculous they double you up so you can have a...

"Staff was super nice! Especially Kelly down at breakfast & the custodian (not sure if that’s the correct title). Room was clean. It’s definitely an older Hampton Inn. The luggage rollers were so loud and breaking apart. Elevators took forever & pool was green on our arrival so we didn’t use it at all. Breakfast was great & coffee/tea throughout the day was nice."

"The stay was great! Awesome location! Needs some updates! Ceiling fans don’t work and the oven did not work! Several other small things that would make it a nicer stay! Would have not been happy if I would have brought the kids but we were satisfied all in all with the 3bdrm ocean view for 3 adults on a weekend stay!! Charles was awesome help! I would stay again for a weekend for sure! Price was reasonable enough for that!"

"There were no chairs on the balcony. The view was beautiful, I wish I had something to sit on to admire it. The air was out in the hallways for the entire stay. The air in the room would not adjust as well. It’s too hot in Florida in the summer to not have the air conditioning unit functioning properly."

"Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty"

"The staff was very nice, kind, both when I arrived and left. I very much liked the laid-back family-type vibe! My room had a beautiful ocean view, a nice sized tv and two queen sized beds. Everything you need to have a relaxing. fun vacation by the ocean at a reasonable price. Would definitely return!"

"Beach access was great. The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor of the bedroom. Luckily found before my littles stepped on it. The room was definitely in need of paint and fixing old worn walls and flooring. No bugs and it was just okay. No towels in the pool area so bring your own. I would not repeat stay unfortunately."
