"Eventhough I have already paid by hotels.com, they still charge me for my stay (double charged). I have emailed them but still no answer after 7 days passed. Bad service. Please check your email and do your job properly. Emailed and called them again today but they give excuses."

"A Really Nice Stay, Simple and Comfortable
The two people at the front desk were very kind. They asked what I needed, found me a good room, and even helped carry my bags. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the transport service was also very good."
