After waiting for 15 mins, looked bothered for us breaking up their conversation when we went inside to request beers that we then took out ourselves. ..."

"Staff were all excellent and rooms super clean. TV and air con didn’t work for a period of our stay however everything else was fine. Would like to see some more facilities for Level customers. Very little to do & few options in the evening aside from one dedicated restaurant which was closed one ..."
