"Our room had melted ice in the ice bucket. We changed rooms and the room had a musty, dirty smell. We have stayed there multiple times in the past. We love the property but our room was $500 a night and was not worth the price. A clean and fresh room is expected for that price. We could also smell sewage as we walked around the property. It’s a lovely setting but we had a bad experience."

"The toilet didn’t flush. The pool was closed and construction started first thing in the morning. It was awful. They also required a $100 deposit that was not mentioned anywhere during the booking. Would NOT go back."
