"Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The only issue was the Wi-Fi connection, which was unreliable and caused quite a bit of frustration. Since this is a hotel I would love to stay at again, I would really appreciate it if you could improve the Wi-Fi by making it more stable and faster. "Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and bike rentals for the trip around the lake. It was difficult to find a place to park for check in but not surprising with its prime location. The garage they provide spaces in was very close and convenient. Breakfast was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Photo was taken around the corner from the hotel when we arrived, a beautiful place."

"This property is located right across the street from the lake, making it in many ways ideal for that reason. That said, it's at least a 45 minute walk to Old Annecy, making it less desirable. Food and bar options either on property, or nearby, are just very limited. Depending on the time of year, you will find parking to be nearly impossible if you are driving to the Old Town area. "When I checked in, I reported a very bad odor in my room and requested a room change. That was denied because I was told the hotel was fully booked. No remedy was offered and nobody from the hotel investigated. This made me assume they already knew there was a problem. I turned off the air conditioning since that seemed to be the source of the odor. Unfortunately, the temperature was in the 90's. The window couldn't be opened to allow fresh air. "Bad hôtel parking"

"The staff was very helpful, the location is 20-15 minutes walking distance to core. There is AC in the rooms, if its still warm they will bring fans. The front desk is great and they care. This place has wifi, kitchen to store your stuff etc. A place for international travellers to feel comfortable."

"I appreciated that the staff allowed me to store my luggage and also offered me a shower, which was helpful. However, overall the experience was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The common shower area was not clean, and even the one in my room did not feel comfortable to use barefoot. It felt more like a poorly maintained shared space than a proper bathroom. The bed sheets appeared clean at first, but there were small hairs, which gave an impression of poor hygiene....
