"This is a hotel with a very nice view but where the rooms and the amenities are very low quality. In our room, (deluxe sea view) there was nowhere other than a very small closet to hang clothing and no drawers. The robe and towels were very low quality. The hotel room did not have an espresso maker and did not have any snacks or beverages to purchase. The bistro restaurant was average quality with extravagant pricing. There was a hair in our omelette and they did not offer to pay for it or any...

We missed the first night due to all trains to Marseille being cancelled but they wouldn’t refund our first night (which I do understand) or I didn’t even get my free beverage at check in (after a long car ride to get there). staff was ok but not super friendly at front desk (at least the gentleman at check out). The bar was swarming w fruit flies including all over the fruit they were using so that put me off getting a slice of lemon...

"Clean room close to Stade Velodrome and transport. Staff very helpful speaking English. Unfortunately no warm water so had to have cold showers and no kettle/coffee maker in room. Would stay again fir a short trip."

"We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days. Likes the hydration station, it was very handy. Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice."

"Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It...

"The room was larger than typical European hotel rooms. Clean, comfortable. Excellent location across the street from the train and bus stations. Air conditioning worked perfectly which was very important during this heat wave."

"The property and room comfort unquestionable. Location a little far from the Old Port, not convenient. The restaurant was very good with great service. Morning breakfast nice touch, but staff needs to work on cooking scrambled eggs. Never seems to be cooked. As well many main items missing and awaiting time for products makes it inconvenient and awkward breakfast. However the stay overall is good. Rooftop bar makes for an appealing stay.
