"De kamer op de vierde verdieping met terras is prima en ruim. Je kan na de drukte van de stad in je kamer tot rust komen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en laten je met rust. Het ontbijt is ruim van keuze. De ligging vinden wij goed, niet ver voor allerlei bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, en toch wel wat uit het drukke centrum. Het hotel was netjes, eens je de inkom aan de achterzijde voorbij bent kom je in een heel andere positieve sfeer."

"Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht nochmals buchen, nicht einladend und leider auch nicht den Fotos entsprochen. Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt, Handtücher fleckig, Haare am Bett und Fliesenboden. Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof und war angenehm leise. Beim Check-in war nur eine Person und wir mussten lange warten, dann wurde uns zu viel City Taxe verrechnet. Das einzige Trostpflaster war, dass der Preis niedrig war, daher am besten nicht zu viel erwarten. Definitiv...

"Was upgraded to a newly refurbished partial port view room. Staff were efficient but not very warm had to ask for a printed map. Buffet breakfast was expensive better value to head to lovely square the road behind the hotel which offered lots of options. Hotel was a very convenient location and would stay there again. "

"We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel looks nice, clean, except that the floor needs some mapping. Housekeeping done while we were there. When they give you Rm# 452 it’s an apartment style with stairs to go up the second floor that has double sofa bed. Me and my husband had queen bed in the main floor.
