"Le cadre et l’architecture sont magiques, c’est d’une vraie beauté. Toutefois, des petits points sont à noter et ne reflètent pas pour moi, la prise en charge d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le personnel est très peu disponible et le service manque de fluidité et de logique. Par exemple, autour des piscines, les serviettes sont mises en place le matin, pas de réassort dans la journée. "The staff were some of the most helpful and wonderfully nice I’ve ever met. Truly amazing service throughout the property. Beautiful location, felt very luxury, and amazing food. The most comfortable beds ever, with thick duvets. Everything felt new."

"This hotel is a total gem. With a small private beach and close to lots of restaurants, it's a charming and quiet place. It's not modern but very clean. Charlotte is wonderful - friendly and helpful in every way. She made our stay VERY enjoyable! I would give her a 6 out of 5 if I could!"

"Would not recommend. Not a five star stay. Coastal setting is beautiful but this is all the hotel has to offer. The front desk staff was not helpful - we asked for help finding a place to watch the World Cup France match and have dinner and they guided us to a restaurant we had to walk to that was closed. Mold in room, garbage in bathroom broken, and phone fell off the wall into toilet."

"Parking was confusing and not the most convenient. Upon checkout, i couldnt get an itemized receipt/invoice showing that we werent charged for anything beyond the room tax. The staff tried hard but werent able to produce anything. They promised to email it but i didnt receive anything."

"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Stopover. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut gedämmt, der Straßenlärm ist kaum hörbar. Leider ist die "Außenanlage" des Hotels praktisch nicht vorhanden. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es draußen mehr Tische und Stühle gäbe und die nähere Umgebung besser gepflegt wäre."

"Hotel ganz okay, bei uns waren die ganzen drei Tage eine sehr laute Reisegruppe die Tag und Nacht herumschrie und sich unmöglich verhalten haben, das Hotel hat dagegen nichts unternommen. Zimmer an sich gut schallgedämmt jedoch mit einer Alutüre ohne Schalldämmung so das alles von aussen im Zimmer hörbar war. Frühstück miserabel und keine 20 Euro wert. Wir kommen nicht wieder"

"Great spot right by the beach. The room had an amazing view of the sea and had a little kichenette. The restaurant on site shuts at 18.00 but you can order a take away to have in your room or terrace. We bought some wine from the shop and had a lovely evening listening to the sea."
