"The hotel could use some improvements in refreshments, and while the services are acceptable, there is an excessive level of informality during interactions that does not align with a four-star standard."
"Hôtel à fuir !
La nourriture est aussi monotone qu’un repas de prison, les chambres sont d’une saleté écœurante, et les équipements semblent figés dans les années 70.
Une expérience à oublier au plus vite.

"Very good mountain hotel with a clean spa, warm outdoor pool, really delicious cheese buffet at dinner.
Friendly, professional staff, nice rooms.
Highly recommend!
Enjoy the bathrobes. "
"This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer. My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "
"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...
"An ideal hotel for a short break skiing. Staff delightful and friendly and with a very short walk of the ski lifts. Rooms were clean and well stocked and in excellent condition and we particularly liked the power shower.Would highly recommend and will be back in future years.
Thank you for looking after us so well!"
