"I stayed here for two nights and gave it 4 stars based on the value. The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful during my stay. I also loved that the hotel is dog friendly with no pet fee, which was a big plus. The location was convenient and parking was easy. The main issue was cleanliness. The room had a strange smell, the AC unit was dusty, and it did not feel as clean as it should have. The bed was also a little firm. Overall, for the price, it was a good stay and a solid value. If cleanliness improved, it would be even better."

"We arrived after a long drive and there was no hot water. They rented the hotel to a group that had a party till 2:30 in the morning and then partied in the rooms after that. (The website for the group said it was a hotel takeover). We called down twice to have the music turned down. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. "

"We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). Our room key was assigned to other guests whom walked into our room while we were still inside. Every guest we encountered told us to not waste money on the water park- it’s filthy and water heaters are always broken. We decided to leave 4 hours after arriving, to drive back home another 4 hours. When we informed the front desk of our reasons for leaving and requesting refund, they told us we would have to email the manager because there was no one there to authorize a refund. After going back and forth for a while, my husband agreed to to allow them to charge one night ( we were supposed to be there for 2 nights), they agreed and put a refund request form in for the 2nd night. Although they charged us for one night we still decided to leave with our kids. It was absolutely a horrible experience, my 3 yr old and autistic 13 yr old were devastated and tired. My 3 yr old celebrated his birthday in the car since he couldn’t have his celebration at the resort as we planned. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone. "
