"Nice hotel, close to shops and restaurants!!! The Hotel was cold, I told the receptionist but he said that did not have heat….the bathroom did not have a proper shower, it was a bath tub with a shower head that you needed to hold in one hand in order to take a shower… "

"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We were a group of 6, 2 seniors, 2 children, and 2 adults spending 2 weeks in Europe. This stay was at the end of our trip and the staff made us feel very welcome. They also assisted with transportation to the airport and helped a few of us with our luggage.
