"I booked this room for my mom as a one night stay. She was to stay by me but things changed last minute. My mom is a diamond club member with Wyndham and the way she was treated was horrible. First of all the elevator stop working with her in it and she was very afraid. They gave her the 4th floor because it’s the only floor with rooms left, when she told the staff at the front desk about the elevator she was given a “don’t care” attitude. The hotel front desk could use better customer service...

"Everything seemed relaxed and very welcoming the staff were very accommodating and always available very knowledgeable and helpful however I noticed. a shortage of shampoo and conditioner in my room any room was pretty decent clean snapped up AC work nice view but basically there was no conditioner or anything to moisturize or smell nice afterl bathing other than that everything was very peaceful thank you. "

" I had a very uncomfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The AC in my room did not work at all — only the fan would turn on, so the room never actually cooled down. Because of that, the room felt damp and muggy the entire time. It also had a strong carpet/mildew smell, which made it even more unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel fresh or comfortable, and it really affected the quality of my stay."

"For the most part, it was as expected for a Double Tree. However, this is a tall hotel, more than 8 stories. We had a room near the elevator. People were not an issue but the elevator made noise like a railroad track/airport runway. Do not stay in any room near the elevator!"
