"Everything was OK just the floor in the room wasn’t clean. It was sticky. We told the concierge but they didn’t have anyone to clean it, but besides that the beds are clean everything else is clean."

"We arrived at the hotel after our cruise in disembarked, but our room was not ready. I asked the front desk lady if she could just let us know once it was ready and she was able to get us in a few hours before the check-in time. Our room was very spacious and clean and it was great for our family of four. The staff members at the front desk were nice and accommodating and got us an Uber to the airport the following morning as the shuttle was full."

"everything was great except the app they wanted you to use for check in. I never did figure out which of the 3 "guest" apps was the right one. If you find the right app, good for you. Otherwise, just talk to the front desk."
