"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk lady was extremely rude and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. The property itself is in poor condition and has an unpleasant smell throughout. I did not feel comfortable staying there at all. To make matters worse, they did not have the room I originally reserved. Instead, they gave me a different room and told me I should be “grateful” because it was supposedly an upgrade. We couldnt go swimming in pool because it was full of leaves and dirty. Furniture in lobby was all dirty and peeling. Same thing with the bedroom. The sofa was ripped and stained.
