"The breakfast choices was a disappointment. Nothing to the liking. Also prices were too expensive. We decided to eat elsewhere. Also front desk upon checking said we can have a balcony room,but 30 seconds later said not available. Was also directed to wrong part of building to park. The room was clean though and porter very helpful."

"Staff was very helpful and quick to assist when I had an issue. The rooms are cozy and I love the kitchenette, I’m a little sad that my stay wasn’t really long enough to make good use of it. The rooms do have a subtle mustiness to them, as they’re not super well ventilated, especially the bathroom. But keep in mind, this is Florida—during the summer, opening the windows is not really an option in this kind of heat and humidity. That said, the property is very nice overall! "I been satisfied special I left my personal pillow and to notice that I left the pillow 9 hours later and came back to the hotel to see if by anyhow the cleaning crew from morning shift they find and kept it incase I came back to claimed and I did the rep from the front desk found it they are honest employees special the cleaning staff"

"Upon arrival the desk clerk was not very friendly. There was no A/C in the lobby. When we got to the room, the A/C worked-the thermostat was set at 66 degrees. When we put the temperature down to 70 because it was very cold, the room was very muggy. We checked out a day early, because this was a horrible stay. We will never stay at this location again."

"Very nice hotel, clean property with a very friendly staff. The suites are very spacious for 4-6 travelers with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a nice living area. The pool area was also very clean. There was a free breakfast buffet which was decent. One thing to mention - this property attracts people leaving for cruises or flying out of Ft Lauderdale, so there are a lot of families. "I loved the friendly staff. From the young men who helped me with my car to the bar tender at the pool on the 8th floor. It was an awesome experience. I also loved the fact that you are in walking distance from all the great restaurants."
