"The breakfast bistro was amazing, Denise was a sweetheart. Their breakfast selection was good even had some healthier options. Housekeeping needs more work !!!! They never once came after we arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday - we had to take trash out ourselves. (They’re lucky we gave them $3 cash as tip) they never refilled the coffee or made sure we had toilet paper. Plus check in was 4 o’clock we didn’t get room after arriving until 5:30 room wasn’t ready."

"This is not as listed. Roaches crawling on the TV and the hotel i was placed in afterwards smelled wet and the carpet was mildly damp…the room looked so low budget. So much noise. Complained and even knocked on the door of those residing there before i complained to staff and they continued. The desk associate did come up and try but that didnt help. "Breakfast was typical bargain hotel faire, tasteless. Did not use the pool. The room was partially clean (the toilet and sink). The floor was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes! There was hair in the corners and I tracked it all over the place. The shower floor was dirty, if you can imagine! The shower also had black algae in the corners. I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy. The ride from the airport was fine. The bus ride to the port was...
