"Overall a very nice hotel . Check in was excellent and we deffinately got the wow factor when got to the room and saw we must have been upgraded and was in a swim up room. Room was a good size and nice and clean nice to get a few free drinks in the fridge . Only downside to this was after first bottle of water you had to pay for any extras and Tea and coffee didn't get refilled . Nice to get a bathrobe and slippers . Bathroom looking a little tired now but Overall pleased with the room. We was half board . Food was good and excellent choice although its a big hotel there was always plenty of tables free . The only downside to this hotel is staff . Why are the majority of staff looking fed up.and no interest in the job or their customers? Customer service needs addressing. Would also be nice to have a bottle of water daily I room tea and coffee replenished and a Iron and ironing board ."

"Great resort for casino players. The hotel is splendid.The staff were very attentive and took excellent care of the guests. Extraordinary service! Breakfast and dinner on the half-board package were sensational and of remarkable quality. A true 5-star experience. The only negative point concerns the guests who, while certainly able to afford such a resort, unfortunately seem out of place in this setting."

"First of all it's extremely expensive for the quality of the food... Steak was overcooked, what they call Red Snapper is something else altogether, like small sea bass. There are a LOT of kids about. There was also techno every night around the time of the harbor fireworks that went on to midnight on a Monday. The gym was significantly scint. The people were exceedingly nice. The breakfast was quite lovely, but missing some things offered at other cheaper hotels in the area... Like champagne bar, grapefruit juice, fresh squeezed orange juice. The location is excellent, right next to the center of town in the Bay/Marina."

"Great staff. Breakfast spread is next level. Sushi has a LOT to be desired... Unless you like exclusively tuna and salmon. No kids about, so quiet. However not many trees on the property, pool area feels sterile. Life music played too loyalty to enjoy it."
