"This hotel is in a great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants, including those located on the water. We were in the area to ride horses at Blakeley State Park and this was very close to the park. It’s a busy area, but no traffic noise at the hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillows too. Everything worked well. Spacious room. Clean. Good breakfast with nice variety. Staff was super pleasant."

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly. Our room was lovely with a great view of the river and the port. My only issue was there was only 2 pods of coffee, and my husband and I would have loved having a second cup. We would have also appreciated at least two bottles of water in the room as well, since it is mid-summer in Mobile and ferociously hot. Otherwise everything was good."

"If we could have, we would have cancelled our rooms and found somewhere else to stay because the hotel rooms weren't as clean as they should have been the floors were dirty like they didn't vacuum good at all. One of our rooms the bed had purple stains on the covers I know they seen that when they made the beds. The outside was very horrifying because they had men sitting all around outside all hours of the day and night drinking looking very creepy to the point, I wouldn't let my kids go...

"Avoid This Place – Horrible Experience
I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly dirty and had zero ventilation. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which causes all the moisture to get trapped inside the room. Because of this constant dampness, the floor mats are completely sticky to walk on, the entire room smells terrible, and the floor carpet stinks.
To make matters worse, their customer service and business practices are incredibly dishonest....
