"Check in was easy and and rooms were relatively quiet from the main road noise. Served our family needs although there were some leaking showers and taps in the bathroom. "
"The apartment was very good but to check-in I needed to phone for the instructions to be released as they had not been by 3.30pm. And later there was a noisy party at the adjacent apartment with teenagers all over the place wandering around. It felt a bit threatening to be honest. The upside was I could walk to the place I booked this place for, but next time I will look elsewhere as it was overpriced."
"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...
"The check in lady was so friendly. An inspiration to customer service. My son enjoyed the pool even though it was freezing out and the spa was lovely. The room was spacious and included everything we needed. A great place to stay. We will be back. "

"There is No parking. So add another $90 for 2 nights plus the inconvenience. Using KozyGuru to finalize the booking is more complicated than it needs to be, plus using them means reception has no record of your booking. Which in turn means you are pretty much on your own. "The service at checkin was great, friendly and quick. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has good lighting and the room is great at ensuring a dark room for a good night sleep. It was easy to park with car close by. The restaurant had a nice variety of food and it was beautifully cooked and tasty."
