"Staff is extremely friendly and energetic. Bed is comfy and clean. Air conditioning is quiet and cool enough, very comfy. Pillows are great and comfy too. Bathroom’s design is so so. Gym is below standard for such a new hotel, not even a cable machine. it cannot be called a gym room based on Bangkok Hotels’ standard. Overall, still very happy with the stay. Thank you"

"This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The ambience is warm and inviting, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. While the shower is on the smaller side, it’s incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure is excellent I ended up taking multiple showers a day during my four-night stay! Housekeeping does a great job, cleaning the room daily and providing fresh towels along with complimentary slippers, which was a nice touch. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely choose to stay here again."

"I’m looking forward to staying at Novotel Siam Square again on 28 May. Last time, I stayed in a corner deluxe room and really enjoyed the extra space, natural light, and city views. I hope I can get the same type of room again, preferably on a high floor for an even better view. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Siam, close to shopping, dining, and public transit. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and the stay very enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Siam Square for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a central Bangkok experience. "

" Breakfast was the best! Soamy different options: bacon, four types of eggs, yogurt, fruit, soups, .... Tooamy things to list! We received a double bed when we ordered a king, though. That's the only reason this hotel did not get 5 stars. "
