"Room was good and clean, the elevator wasn't working and ice machine didn't work. The hotel looks like it is being updated and may have recently changed owners."

"Check in clerk was very friendly and accommodated our request for room location. Room was clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. Grandkids loved the breakfast options, including cereal and waffles. Food was warm. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling through."

"Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. "Carpets were sticky and dirty. Had to change rooms twice due to the door being stuck the first time. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of how dirty and moldy and unkept the bedrooms were"

"Pretty run down. Room was about a 3. Fights outside the door at night. Shady people in the parking lot all night. LOUD SCREAMING man was going to beat the woman…people all over at 2 am when we got to our room from the casino. Ice machine was broken. Breakfast? Lacking!"

"The Brick Street Hotel was easy to find and the parking was great. We did notice an odor when entering the room. We ran water in the shower and the sink and it finally dissipated. It would be nice if you could cover the bright degree signage for the AC unit on the ceiling. It felt like we had a night light on and could not sleep well. My husband said his side of the bed was dropping and he did not prefer the mattress. The Artisan Restaurant was wonderful and the food tasted great!"

"Hotel had a mold smell , room had a smell bathroom looked like they painted over mold the air in the room did not get cold no matter what you did . The hallway was colder than the room . Breakfast was cold for food that is suppose to be hot .The bed in the room was pasts its due date .. straight worn out pillow cases had stains in them . I don’t recommend."

"For a new property, there’s apparent wear and tear. Bathtub was scuffed and room snowed like marijuana. The sheets had what appeared to be bloody spots and the wash clothe from previous usage was still laying there. All of this made me feel uneasy. The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area."

"The stay wasn’t too bad. You get what you pay for. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed is awful though they definitely could upgrade those. It was so hard and kept sliding around."

"Pool was great! And unlike many resort pools, the service for a beverage was plentiful. However, the main restaurant was closed on Wednesday of our Wed/Thur stay. On Thur night when we did finally get to go to the restaurant they over cooked our $50 steak. The pool snack bar was also closed and it seemed like housekeeping was short staffed because the hallways were lined with bags of trash and dirty linens all day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay."

"The front desk clerk was a jerk. He made me pay a pet deposit on my service dog. He kept asking me for a service dog license which legally he’s not allowed to do through the ADA. There was glass all in the parking lot. They have no breakfast. They had questionable people and homeless all over that area. Not a place you would want to be at night by yourself."
