"We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. "The location on the resort grounds is excellent. The rooms are large and have space to put luggage. The main bathroom is large & has a bath. If you have small children- the stairs are very steep & narrow- be mindful of this. The kitchen was large in size- only crockery provided no condiments. The airconditioning seems to be locked on 1 setting- however there are extra blankets in the cupboards. Balcony is beautiful & lot's of wildlife to see. There isn't any parking outside the villa- you need...

"The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in!
