"Beautiful property, excellent service. We had a wonderful time. I was with teenagers so I don’t know how family friendly it is for little kids. Restaurants and food on property were very good. It’s remote so hard to get other places without a car."

When we said no to a time share tour he changed our room to a bottom floor The resort was less than 50% occupied and he Mention we were on the top floor with ocean view Everting else was a great choice to go. "One of the most beautiful properties we’ve been to! Pricing is a little extra extravagant, but you get what you pay for! The recreation center at the beach is a blast, food was delicious, staff is exceptional, and even the yoga classes were great! Highly recommend the sea-bobs, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Fernando @recreation and Milena our concierge were outstanding!!"

"Maid service was not consistent, we had to phone for water for bathroom and glasses Mini bar was never stocked after our first day Bathroom towels had to be inspected as some were not clean"

"Horrible food poisoning third day in. Paid for a one bedroom ocean front suite. Room was immediately over their primary restaurant and adjacent to their entertainment plaza. This meant loud music until midnight and woken up by breakfast preparation right out our windows at 4am with scraping furniture and staff talking. Had to leave 2 days early for medical treatment. I would not stay here again for free."

"If you want to listen to a dog barking day and night this is the place for you . We barely checked in and asked about the neighbors dog and were told they would move us but then ghosted us. There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. We didn’t realize that there were dogs and it’s NOT mentioned in the description . We didn’t appreciate coming home after a day of sightseeing g to...

"The restaurants were all excellent and easy to reserve. You were able to reserve the entire week when you first arrived. We would have enjoyed more entertainment in the evening. Other than karaoke one evening, there wasn’t much to do after dinner."

This resort exceeded all expectations, we couldnt believe how excellent the food was, the breakfast buffet is incredible, made to order omelets and everything in between! Pool bar and poolside service was stellar, you sit down in the pool area and a server immediately comes up to you and brings you anything you want and its all excellent! All of the restaurants have different offerings and each one is better than the last! You walk out of your ocean view suite...

"Great spot. Amazing views and very nice accommodations. Only issue is they blasted music 8pm -2am on a Saturday and no one would sleep. Wayyyy too late and too loud!! Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. "

"Got a 1 bedroom villa in building #2 with ocean view, large balcony and that was great but the room itself smelled old and moldy, very dark kitchen. It was also noisy in the mornings (construction, restaurant, maintenance). Had to change rooms due to original room wasn't clean properly. Second room could have been cleaned better as well (bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, dishes had a strong smell of cascade detergent) Upon check in, was asked to join some hyatt club presentation the next day...

"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "
