"Many issues with this place. First of all, the check in experience was terrible. Armando at the front desk is very rude. The place is pretty much a 2 star in my opinion. The food options were ok but not great. The rooms were just ok. The service overall was not great."

"I love this place. It feels old world, beautiful with many antiques. The food is delicious and you can eat at a different restaurant every night. The landscape is very tropical and you’ll forget you are in the dessert. This is a great escape. "

"The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! And of course, our towel cards we had left on the counter in the same exact spot as we always do , were missing. "
