WIN DAY Playa - Hotel Express
A good centric spot in Playa del Carmen, very close to the main street where you can go to catch the buses that go to Tulum and Cancun. Some stores and restaurants near by for convenience and overall the staff was welcoming and helpful in things like calling me a cab and storing my luggage. ...

The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel
This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

Staff courteous and helpful Room clean Kitchen could have been a little better equipped Had 2cups 2plates 2bowls 2spoons knives and forks and we had to ask for those. Cooktop only had 1burner Location was good, close to 5th ave The area and unit felt safe
