"Overall a good experience, however it’s not the same standard of property that we have experienced elsewhere at 5 star all inclusive resorts. We were standard all inclusive which was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend the Preferred upgrade as you get the same room, just a separate pool area, which uses the exact same sun beds as the rest of the resort, which are fine but nothing special."

"Second year running at this wonderful hotel right on the promenade. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a fantastic selection of food for all tastes. Brilliantly located, left to the marina with shops and restaurants and right to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend."

"Room and hotel was clean, the all inclusive was basic, food lacked any quality. I'd rather pay more money and have better quality food. The pool bar you had to buy a plastic glass, and if you wanted a fresh pool towel had to pay two euro. However, for the money I would consider staying with the kids again. Just feel the property could do so much better with some investment in the upkeep of the hotel."
